Taxi Stockholm is Sweden’s largest taxi company. When working at Bontouch, they were one of the client I had the privilege to running user research for them.

My work primarily involved carrying out research and designing concepts to evaluate experiences of presenting eco-friendly ride alternatives, driver ratings, payment solutions, a clearer ride status, and more. 

The research included pitching a user study plan, running competitive analyses, a impact vs. effort brainstorm, in-person user studies with target customers, and pitching a client project with proposed improvements to Taxi Stockholm stakeholders.
